You must be a current property owner in our HOA to own or rent a dock space.
If you DO NOT currently own a right to at least 1 dock assignment, you must first ADD YOUR NAME TO THE WAITING LIST TO PURCHASE A RIGHT TO A DOCK ASSIGNMENT. This application is on our MARINA page. As noted, you will have to pay a fee to our treasurer to put your name on this list.
After successfully adding your name to the waiting list to purchase a right to a dock assignment, you can then complete the application below to be put on the Waiting List to rent a dock space. If a dock space becomes available for you to rent, you will be notified by the dockmaster. You will then be required to pay $200 per boating season for the annual dock maintenance fee.
NOTICE: Please be aware that you are NOT GUARANTEED a dock space to rent. These are assigned solely based on availability. If a property owner wishes to rent out their dock space, they are required to complete the respective form on our Marina page. This will then notify the dockmaster of their dock space’s availability and be assigned to the next person on the Waiting List to Rent a Dock Space.
