As per LJEPOA Rules & Regulations, HOUSE GUEST(S) may use the LJEPOA beach area & marina for a maximum of five (5) consecutive days. The property owner must notify the LJEPOA dock committee in writing a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the HOUSE GUEST(S) use. The notification and request for a HOUSE GUEST(S) to use docks to LJEPOA must be done by completing the applicable form on the LJEPOA website.
